Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

Sacral chakra (located just below the navel in the center of your lower abdomen and in the lumbar vertebra in your back) is second of the seven chakras and is associated with the color orange. It is the center of pleasure, much of our sexual energy lies here. It also houses our creativity, emotions and sense of self.
